Carlos Martin, Good People Realty President, got his start in the real estate industry in 2000. He worked for a brokerage in the Doral area and within one year he was one of the top producing agents in the company. For the next 6 years Carlos learned the business and grew immensely as a professional.

In 2007 he decided it was time to branch out on his own. He teamed up with his wife Erica, who has a background in online marketing. They knew it was an opportunity to create something special and in alignment with their values, and Good People Realty was born.
